NO SUBCONTRACTORS

All of our carpentry and roofing work is done by us. We do not hire outside subcontractors; therefore, we can ensure the quality and efficiency of the work performed.

GUARANTEE: New work is guaranteed for one year unless otherwise stated. New shingle roofs are guaranteed for 12-15 years and new rubber roofs are guaranteed for 15-20 years (depending on product being used).
